Warranty Terms

At Colorado Remodeling and Construction, we take pride in offering high-quality remodeling services and ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. We value your trust in us and are dedicated to providing you with the best service. Below are the terms of our warranty:

Labor Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of completion of the work. This means that any defect or problem related to the execution of our work will be solved at no additional cost during this period.

Parts Warranty

In addition to our labor warranty, we honor any manufacturer’s warranty for parts and materials used in your project. If a part has a manufacturer’s warranty that exceeds 24 months, that warranty will be honored. However, it is essential to note that the labor required to replace such parts is not covered beyond 24 months from the work’s completion date.

Exceptions and Limitations

• The labor warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or any modifications made by third parties not authorized by Colorado Remodeling and Construction.
• The manufacturer’s warranty for parts is only valid if the maintenance and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer are followed.
• Any additional work requested after the 24-month warranty period will be subject to standard labor charges.
