Project Overview

This previously unused space was brought to life to create an area to enjoy time with family and friends. The homeowner plans to soon furnish the space with a pool table, TV, video games, and a bar. A half bath was added, along with a separate entrance for guests to have more direct access while maintaining a connection to the house via the staircase. The space has been meticulously designed, with all necessary connections made, walls finished, and a striking carpet installed that perfectly complements the modern design. A complete lighting system has been set up, and the staircase has been updated from the railings at the top of the house down to the last step in the basement, adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the space.
