In this case, the client required a complete roof replacement. Since this wasn’t their primary residence and they only used it occasionally, they hadn’t noticed the early signs of small leaks caused by minor cracks, which had gradually expanded over time. It’s crucial to understand that roofs in Colorado are constantly exposed to intense sunlight, thunderstorms, and hail. The latter significantly worsened the damage to this client’s roof, leaving it in disrepair. As a result, we worked on installing a brand-new roof with an insulating system and gray asphalt shingles. This enhances the roof’s aesthetic appeal and provides substantial protection against natural elements.
